From the 2023 Christmas holidays our DARSENA VIEW suites will be equipped with HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL ROOMS. The heat pump air conditioner is installed in the bedrooms and the living room. An efficient timer radiator serving the bathroom will cover the winter need for heat as well as heating the towels. These apartments will therefore be open all year round except  January from the 8th to the 31st and February.
